an event

A person keep silence, doesn't mean he/ she been bullied..
I'm the boy, who always keep silence during discussion..I'm quite, but if has any suggestion section, of course I'll give an opinion without any opinionated..

yes~ there had an upcoming event launching soon..and now, we are under preparation stage.
In this stage, for sure if a team has a member who always too aggressive or does decision without group discuss.. it is totally annoying~!!

and yet, if a member had done his/her job instantly and correctly, but at the end had blame by one of the member, what will feel? frustration? angry?
give yourself an answer.. for me, I would not care about that.. I had no mistake on my job, and if got any mistakes or changes, please do not try to use some tone like need to blame me or negate me..

at the last, if an event need to be launch on time, cooperation, patient and tolerance are most important things need to be mastered..:)
